Ingredients
1kg beef without bone
2 medium onions, sliced
1tbsp. garlic past
1tbsp. ginger past
125gm pint yogurt
Salt
2 tbsp. ghee
2 tbsp. ground coriander
1 tbsp. gram masala
1 tbsp. ground red chili
pepper
2 tbsp. paprika
1 tbsp. ground cumin
1tbsp. turmeric
How to Make Beef Pasande
Rub the salt into the
meat. In a bowl marinate the meat in the yogurt for 4-5 hours in the
refrigerator.
In a pan the oil and fry
the onions till golden.
Add the garlic and ginger
and all of the spices, stir and cook for 5-6 mines over low heat.
Add the meat and the
yogurt mix and cook till the meat is tender about 40-50 minutes.
Ready beef pasande.
Serve with boiled rice and
Nan bread.
